Print is Not Dead

Design 446 clients, Prima Corporation, Pulte Homes, Paramount Homes and Lennar NJ NY PA were recently featured in publications including The Asbury Park Press. According to a recent article in the Financial Times, “…print will always have a place…print is an established, tangible and trustworthy source of information…”

In a non-stop digital age, it is a small comfort to open a black and white on a Sunday morning over a hot cup of coffee.

*Newspaper subscriptions are now available via digital as well as print. This is a source of survival for the dailies like the Times and the Post.

A Pop of Color in Monroe

Watching Madison Farms Come to Life

Header

It’s modern. It’s stylish. It’s welcoming. Madison Farms, a rental community by the KRE Group, is seeing an impressive lease-up. With 64 residences occupied and another 18 pre-leased, these luxury apartments are getting a lot of love from the Lehigh Valley.

And with good reason – take a look at these stunning residences.

But before Madison Farms became the place that the Lehigh Valley’s savvy renters called home, it was an idea – one that we were glad to help bring to life.

Our first step: create individualized logos that would embody Madison Farm’s upscale flair. With apartments, homes and a suite of shops where you can grab anything from a cup of coffee to a week’s worth of groceries, it was important to distinguish each facet of this community while maintaining a unified brand.

Then, it was time to start spreading the word. Sleek brochures and ads that had all the class of these luxury homes were created to catch the eye of prospective residents. Tasteful colors, idyllic scenes and upscale style came together to embody the Madison Farms experience on paper and the web.

But the real fun starts when the ground breaks. Once the community started to come to life, the leasing office became the spot where prospective residents came to get a sense of what life would be like at Madison Farms. Blending vibrant colors with refined design, this space is where the community’s personality began to truly shine through.

Leasing up is not an easy feat, but developing a unique image and style for your community – and staying true to it – is one way to get there. When renters in the Lehigh Valley seek refined elegance, this is where they find it – from their first visit to the leasing office to the moment they step foot inside their brand new home. Design 446 was proud to create a refined and unified brand for the KRE Group’s Madison Farms.
