Our first step: create individualized logos that would embody Madison Farm’s upscale flair. With apartments, homes and a suite of shops where you can grab anything from a cup of coffee to a week’s worth of groceries, it was important to distinguish each facet of this community while maintaining a unified brand.
Then, it was time to start spreading the word. Sleek brochures and ads that had all the class of these luxury homes were created to catch the eye of prospective residents. Tasteful colors, idyllic scenes and upscale style came together to embody the Madison Farms experience on paper and the web.
But the real fun starts when the ground breaks. Once the community started to come to life, the leasing office became the spot where prospective residents came to get a sense of what life would be like at Madison Farms. Blending vibrant colors with refined design, this space is where the community’s personality began to truly shine through.
Exterior signage ensured that eager renters got where they needed to go, from the leasing office to the clubhouse to brand new residences.
